What you agree to, and what happens to your information
Before a request is sent, the app shows you the consent wording and asks you to agree to it. Read it there, in full, before you decide.
What we ask for
Your name, date of birth and identification, contact number, symptoms, allergies and current medicines. If you choose delivery, the pharmacy may share your recipient name, phone and address with a courier to book it. A registered pharmacist sees your request first; a registered doctor sees it only if the pharmacist refers it.
